Store Terms and Conditions

 1. You are requested to read these Terms and Conditions in full and carefully, as a precondition for a contract between the parties

Regular purchase

A regular sale offers a limited amount of products at a predetermined price. The sale procedure will be carried out under the following conditions:

1. The store will display a list of products, including all the details about the product or service offered for sale and the price as predetermined, the sale is while stocks last.

2. After adding the requested products to the "shopping cart". the buyer will continue on the "Shopping cart" page to "Purchase confirmation" and there he will fill in his full details and then the online buying process will end.

3. The sale procedure will be completed after verifying the transaction by phone within 24 hours (of business day) from the date of order will return to the customer by phone to take credit information and verify that the requested product is in stock and the order is complete.

Not happy with the item or just another reason you want to replace it with another item?

Everything is fine. You can return in exchange for a credit or replace an item purchased on the site with the item, for the purpose of returning the item, you must send it back to us within 14 days of receipt, and make sure that it has not been used and that no defect / damage has occurred. Replacement or return will be possible subject to the presentation of an invoice provided that the item is in good condition, bears an original label in its entirety and without being used at all.

 Product replacement

• Product replacement via invoice within 14 days only. A refund will be legally given within 21 business days only, over a purchase amount of 25 EUR/USD/GBP, a refund will be given according to the means of payment paid by the customer. For cancellation of a transaction, 5% or 50 EUR/USD/GBP  of the transaction value will be deducted, whichever is lower. 

• The credit is personal and cannot be transferred or sold.

• Replacement of an item at its value at the time of replacement.

 

Order Cancelation
1. As a general rule, the customer may cancel the transaction * subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 5741 1981 (hereinafter the law: http://www.consumers.org.il/category/deal-annulment-regulations)

2. The purchase of a product can be canceled 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, the cancellation will only be made by notice sent in writing and / or by fax and / or by e-mail directly to the store.

3. In the event of cancellation of the transaction, the customer will be charged at a rate of 5% but not more than  50 EUR/USD/GBP, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

4. If the product was delivered to the customer, the customer is obliged to return the product to the store itself. It is agreed that the customer will return the product in its packaging, complete and without damage and / or damage and / or defect of any kind.

5. It is agreed between the parties that the customer will be charged in full for shipping fees, if the product has already been sent to the customer.

6. The store may cancel a transaction or sale in whole or in part in the following cases:

8. In the event that the product is out of stock after an order has been placed, the store may cancel the sale and / or offer an equivalent replacement product. Notice of such cancellation shall be given in writing or by telephone.

 Product supply

1. The store will take care of the delivery of the product ordered on the website to the address as typed by the customer on the registration page, within the time specified on the product sales page, unless otherwise stated and after the credit company's approval of the transaction.

2. The store and / or suppliers will not be responsible for delays in delivering the product in the following cases:

Postage

1. The shipping fee for "regular registered" type shipping is included in the product price, if the customer wants to upgrade the shipping type he will do so on the shopping cart page "where he will find a price next to each shipping type, this price will be added to the final amount to be paid.

2. In the sale in installments, the store and / or the supplier may charge the shipping fee in the first payment.

3. The customer will be allowed to pick up the product directly from the store by prior arrangement with the store.

4. It is agreed that in the case of collection by the customer, no delivery fee will be charged from the customer.
