Store Terms and Conditions (English)

1. General
By accessing this website and/or purchasing from it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with Israeli law including the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and all relevant regulations.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using the store.

2. Eligibility
Purchases may only be made by individuals over the age of 18, with a valid email address and a valid payment method.

3. Prices and Taxes
All prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Orders and Confirmation
Orders are subject to confirmation by credit card companies and verification of product availability. A purchase contract will be completed only after confirmation is provided.

5. Consumer Rights and Cancellations

• In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, you may cancel a purchase within 14 days from receiving the product, by written notice (email/fax/mail).

• The refund will be provided within 7 business days from cancellation, in the same method of payment.

• Cancellation fees: up to 5% or 50 ₪ / EUR / USD / GBP (whichever is lower).

• Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and with tags attached.

• Certain products cannot be canceled as specified in the law (e.g., custom-made goods, underwear, perishable products).

6. Exchanges and Returns

• Products may be exchanged within 14 days, subject to presentation of the original invoice.

• Credit issued is personal and non-transferable.

• Refunds will be processed according to law, no later than 21 business days.

7. Supply and Delivery

• The store undertakes to deliver products within the timeframe stated on the product page, subject to force majeure events (e.g., war, strike, natural disaster).

• Shipping fees are as specified at checkout. Self-pickup is available by prior arrangement.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• The store complies with the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security).

• Personal information will be collected, stored, and processed only for order fulfillment, service, and lawful marketing communications.

• Marketing emails will be sent only with explicit consent, in accordance with the Communications Law (Ban on Spam), 1982.

תקנון החנות (עברית)

1. כללי
גלישה באתר ו/או רכישת מוצרים מהווה הסכמה מלאה לתקנון זה, בהתאם לחוקי מדינת ישראל ובכללם: חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א–1981, חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981, חוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ״ח–1998 ותקנות הנגישות, וחוק התקשורת (בזק ושידורים), התשמ״ב–1982.
אי הסכמה – יש להימנע משימוש באתר.

2. זכאות לרכישה
הרכישה מיועדת לבני 18 ומעלה בעלי כתובת דוא״ל תקפה ואמצעי תשלום תקף בלבד.

3. מחירים ומסים
כל המחירים כוללים מע״מ אלא אם צוין אחרת.

4. ביצוע הזמנה ואישור
הזמנה תיחשב כמושלמת רק לאחר קבלת אישור מחברת האשראי ואימות זמינות המוצר במלאי.

5. זכויות צרכן וביטול עסקה

• בהתאם לחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א–1981, ניתן לבטל עסקה תוך 14 ימים מקבלת המוצר, בהודעה בכתב (דוא״ל/פקס/דואר).

• ההחזר הכספי יינתן תוך 7 ימי עסקים ממועד הביטול, באותו אמצעי תשלום.

• דמי ביטול: עד 5% או 50 ₪ / EUR / USD / GBP – הנמוך מביניהם.

• על המוצר להיות במצב חדש, לא בשימוש, עם תווית מקורית ובאריזתו המקורית.

• קיימים מוצרים שאין לגביהם זכות ביטול (כמפורט בתקנות).

6. החלפות והחזרות

• ניתן להחליף מוצר תוך 14 ימים בצירוף חשבונית מקורית.

• זיכוי אישי ואינו ניתן להעברה.

• החזרים יבוצעו בהתאם לחוק תוך 21 ימי עסקים.

7. אספקה ומשלוח

• החנות מתחייבת לאספקה בהתאם למועד המצוין בדף המוצר, בכפוף לאירועי כוח עליון.

• דמי משלוח כמפורט בדף הקופה. איסוף עצמי יתאפשר בתיאום מראש.

8. פרטיות ואבטחת מידע

• החנות פועלת בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות ותקנות הגנת הפרטיות (אבטחת מידע).

• המידע ישמש לצורך מתן שירות, אספקת הזמנות ושיווק בהתאם להסכמה.

• שליחת דיוור אלקטרוני תתבצע רק בהסכמה מפורשת, בהתאם לחוק התקשורת (חוק הספאם).

9. נגישות

• האתר והשירות מותאמים לדרישות תקנות הנגישות.

• ניתן לפנות אלינו בכל בקשה בנושא נגישות לכתובת: yutitz@gmail.com.

10. הגבלת אחריות

• התמונות באתר להמחשה בלבד.

• החנות לא תישא בכל נזק ישיר או עקיף הנגרם עקב שימוש באתר או במוצרים.

• הרכבה/התקנה חלה על הלקוח אלא אם נאמר אחרת במפורש.
